History

The Seven Hills name pays homage to its location on the former site of Channel 7, Perth’s very first television studio. Channel 7 Studios opened their doors in 1959, providing a service that the people of Perth came to love and trust.

Situated on one of the highest points in the metropolitan area, it had direct line of sight with its Darling Ranges transmitters. This enviable hilltop location now provides the perfect setting for Seven Hills’ premium development.
